Position

We are seeking a Business Developer to lead and expand our Precision Agriculture Solutions business within the Sugarcane & Ethanol industry in Brazil. Based in São Paulo, this role will drive market development, establish key partnerships, and promote Stenon’s cutting-edge soil measurement technology to large-scale agricultural producers and ethanol companies. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the sugarcane and ethanol sector, extensive experience in precision agriculture, and fluency in Portuguese (PT), English (ENG), and German is a plus (GER).

You will

Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to penetrate the sugarcane and ethanol sectors in Brazil.
Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including large sugarcane producers, ethanol mills, cooperatives, and agronomic service providers.
Drive sales of Stenon’s real-time soil measurement technology by demonstrating its value for optimizing fertilizer use and increasing crop efficiency.
Work closely with agronomists, researchers, and technical experts to integrate Stenon’s solutions into the sugarcane industry’s best practices.
Represent Stenon at industry conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to strengthen brand visibility and business growth.
Collaborate with Stenon’s global teams to tailor the product offering to meet local agronomic needs.
Provide customer training and support to ensure effective implementation of the technology.

You have

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within precision agriculture, agribusiness, or agtech.
Strong understanding of the sugarcane industry and ethanol production in Brazil.
Established network in the sugarcane and ethanol sector (e.g., producers, ethanol mills, cooperatives, research institutions).
Proven ability to introduce and scale agricultural innovations in the market.
Fluency in Portuguese (PT) (mandatory) , English (ENG) (mandatory), and German (GER) (is a plus).
Experience with soil analysis, remote sensing, or precision farming technologies is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to business growth.
Driving license
