Many synthetic biology companies aim to enable humans to thrive sustainably in a resource-limited world. But despite tremendous breakthroughs in reading and writing genetic diversity, the ability to measure the function of those changes hasn't scaled. At Triplebar, we're opening the measurement bottleneck by orders of magnitude to accelerate the discovery, development and adoption of bioengineered molecules.
The Role
Triplebar is looking for a Scientist and colleague to trailblaze efforts in screening and testing. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we do assay development at Triplebar, and make a big impact on the heart of our technology. Using your variety of experience and ability to learn new things, you will develop assays and methods to rapidly assess enzyme or strain performance across multiple assay platforms. You’ll have ample opportunities to expand and participate in a wide variety of R&D efforts, as well as cross-functional disciplines (biochemistry, engineering, software development, materials science, etc). You are critical and diligent and don’t leave any stones unturned. You are also creative and organized - you know how to use different approaches and piece them together to find elegant solutions. You are an inclusive collaborator who likes to win together as a team. If you’re interested in bringing your talents to make great products that make an impact, please apply!
